Air India Ltd

So, this is the HR department for Air India Ltd. We are located at the Gsd Complex near the Indira Gandhi International Airport. Alok Kumar is one of the names you might hear around here. The address is New Delhi-37. It’s a busy place because of the airport nearby. You can hear planes taking off and landing all day long. It's not a quiet office, that's for sure. We spend a lot of time dealing with staff files and hiring things since this is the Hrd Department. It’s a big complex. You have to go through security and all that because of the airport location. We’ve been here at the Gsd Complex for quite a while. It feels like a small city sometimes with all the different departments. We just do our part here in New Delhi-37. The office is pretty plain. We have folders and computers everywhere. It’s not a fancy corporate lounge. We just have a job to do and we do it. Most of us travel a bit of a distance to get to the airport area. It’s a long commute for some. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the daily schedule. It’s a practical environment. No one is wearing suits unless they really have to. We are just the people behind the scenes making sure the human resources side of Air India Ltd keeps moving. It’s a lot of coordination. The building is old but it works for us.
