Air India In Reservation

Our reservation office is tucked away at R-39 in the DIZ Area, right on Bangla Sahib Road in Sector IV. It’s a busy little corner of New Delhi, and we’ve been here quite a long time handling flight bookings. We mostly deal with Air India stuff, and the office is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and keyboards clicking. It’s an older building, so it doesn't look like those shiny new travel agencies you see in the malls. We just have some basic desks and chairs for people to sit on while we look up their flight paths. The noise from the main road is constant, but you get used to it after a few days. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just help people get their tickets sorted out and try to find them a decent seat. Sometimes the computer systems get a bit slow, especially when the weather is bad, and we have to ask people to wait a bit longer while we drink some tea. It’s a straightforward job and we know most of the people who live and work around this sector. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and stay until the last booking is finished. It’s a small, practical space where we focus on getting the details right so nobody ends up stuck at the airport later on.
