Air India Express. We’re tucked away in Gali Gurudwara, which is over in the Nabi Karim part of Paharganj. If you know Delhi, you know how busy it gets around here. Our number is 6195. It’s a narrow street, always full of people, carts, and the smell of local food. Being in Paharganj means there’s never a dull moment outside our door. The office is small and honestly, it can get a bit loud with all the traffic from the nearby railway station area. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s not a shiny glass building or anything. It’s a practical space where we handle all the bookings and questions that come in. Some days it’s quiet, but mostly it’s a lot of people dropping by to ask about flights or schedules. We have a few old desks and some computers that have seen better days. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just sit here, help people with their travel plans, and try to make sense of the schedules. The 110055 area is famous for its hustle, and we are right in the middle of it. It’s a bit dusty and the stairs are steep, but it works for us. We know the chai wallah nearby and the neighbors who have been here as long as we have.
