We are located at H. No. 161 in Mohalla Quilla, which is right in Deoband. It’s part of the Saharanpur district in Uttar Pradesh. Most people around here know the area well because it’s a busy spot with a lot of history. This isn't a big fancy office building with glass walls. It's more of a local setup where we handle things for Air India Delhi. The pin code is 247554 if you are sending anything by post. The street gets a bit crowded during the day, so finding a place to park can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. We usually get started early in the morning when the tea stalls nearby are just opening up. There is always noise from the street, but you get used to it after working here for a few weeks. Usually, it's just about getting the paperwork right and making sure everyone who comes in gets what they need. Saharanpur weather can be quite hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day.
