Our base is located at Rz-669/33 in Street No. 19 of Sadh Nagar-II, which is part of the Palam Colony area. Being in Palam means we are very close to the airport, so we hear planes taking off and landing all day and night. It is a loud neighborhood, and the streets are quite narrow and winding. Street 19 is a busy little stretch where people are always moving around. Our office is in a regular building that fits right in with the others on the block. We have a few rooms filled with desks and old monitors. Since we handle charter flights, there is a lot of coordination to do, mostly over the phone or through emails. The space is a bit cramped, especially when we have all the staff in at the same time. We do not have a fancy sign outside, just the address on the door. The local market is just a short walk away, which is where we usually get our lunch. It feels more like a local workshop than a big aviation office. We spend a lot of time checking schedules and making sure the crew details are correct. The furniture is a bit worn out, and the lighting could be better, but it is where we get the work done. It is a very grounded place to manage flights from, right in the heart of a busy Delhi colony.
