We work out of Vijay Enclave in the Palam area of New Delhi, specifically at Rz- A55. Being so close to the airport is pretty much essential for what we do at Air India Air Transport Services Ltd. Our days are mostly filled with managing the ground stuff that people don't usually see when they're flying. It’s a lot of heavy lifting, both literally and figuratively. We have a team that’s been around for years, and we know the Palam area like the back of our hands. It’s a bit of a crowded spot, but that’s Delhi. We don’t have a polished corporate office with fancy carpets. It’s a practical workspace where we can focus on the tasks at hand. We deal with a lot of schedules and making sure everything is moving on time. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather gets bad or things get delayed. We just do our best to keep things on track. People around here know us as the ones who are always on the move. We don’t have time for fancy talk. We just show up, do the work, and make sure the transport side of things is covered. It’s a busy, noisy life, but it suits us. There is always something to do and we never really have a slow day at the office. We usually have someone here around the clock to make sure things are going fine.
