We are over at House Number 62 in Sector 29, Faridabad. It is a residential area, so it feels quite calm compared to the main city markets. Inside, we have set up a space where we focus on training and preparation for the airline industry. There are mirrors on the walls and some rows of chairs. We spend a lot of time practicing how to walk and talk and handle different situations that might happen on a plane. It sounds simple, but it takes a lot of practice to get the posture right. We also talk about grooming and how to look neat. Some of us have been doing this for a while, while others are just starting out. The office is tidy because we have to set a good example. We use a small room for mock sessions where we pretend to serve passengers. It can be a bit repetitive, doing the same motions over and over, but that’s how you learn. We drink a lot of water and keep the place clean. The neighborhood is nice for a walk during lunch. We aren't a big institution, just a local spot helping people get ready for their careers. We don't use any fancy technology, just our own efforts and a few manuals. It’s a practical way to spend the day, and we enjoy seeing people gain some confidence while they are here with us in Faridabad. We usually finish up by the evening.
