Air France

Our branch office is located at E-20/89 in Sector-3, Rohini. It is a bit of a trek from the main airport but this is where we handle a lot of the administrative side of things for Air France. The 110085 area is more residential so it’s a bit calmer than the city center. We have a small team here working out of a standard office space. We deal with a lot of customer queries and baggage issues over the phone. It is not a very exciting place to look at. We have rows of desks and everyone is usually wearing headsets. The carpet is a bit worn out in the hallway from all the walking. We have a small break room where we eat our lunch and complain about the traffic on the Outer Ring Road. Sometimes customers show up here by mistake thinking it’s a ticket counter, and we have to help them out anyway. It’s a lot of data entry and checking flight logs. We try to keep things organized but files always seem to pile up by Friday. The office is just a regular part of the neighborhood. We see the same people walking their dogs every morning outside the window. It is a steady job and we just focus on getting through the daily list of tasks without making too much of a fuss. We have some plants on the windowsills that we forget to water sometimes. It’s just us doing our bit.
