It might seem a bit odd to find an Air France office at 352 E/1 in Munirka Village, New Delhi-110067, but that’s where we are. It’s not the airport terminal or a shiny office tower. We are right in the middle of the village area, which is always full of life and a bit of chaos. This office is where a lot of the behind-the-scenes work happens. We aren't the ones flying the planes, obviously. We are the ones dealing with the systems, the schedules, and all the details that keep things moving. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our computers, some old files, and a lot of coffee. Working in Munirka means dealing with narrow lanes and a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. It has a very different feel than the fancy parts of the city. We show up, log in, and spend the day looking at flights and passenger info. It’s a lot of data and repetitive tasks, but it’s important. We don't really have customers walking in off the street much, so it’s mostly just the staff here. We keep it simple and just focus on the work at hand. It’s a real place with real people who are just trying to get through the workday and make sure everything is sorted correctly for the flights without any major hiccups in the process.
