This particular branch is located in Jhilmil Colony at E-150. It’s a residential area in Delhi, so it’s a bit different from what people might expect when they think of a big name like this. We don’t have airplanes parked outside, obviously; it’s more of an administrative and support spot for us. The building is a regular house that’s been converted to handle our daily office routines. Inside, it’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. The rooms are a bit small, and we’ve had to be creative with how we fit everyone in. We spend most of the day on the phone or typing away at keyboards. It’s a steady kind of work, very different from the hustle of an airport terminal. Jhilmil Colony is a pretty quiet neighborhood during the day, though it picks up in the evening when everyone gets home. We have a small area out front where we park our bikes, and there’s a local tea stall nearby that we visit at least twice a day. It’s a modest setup, nothing too flashy or modern. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. It’s just a group of people doing their jobs in a quiet corner of the city, making sure the back-end stuff gets handled correctly. We don’t have a fancy lobby, just a doorbell and a small sign.
