You can find us at 841 in the New Millenium Apartments. It’s situated on Plot 2 in Sector-23, which is a fairly organized and decent part of Dwarka. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming all the way from the center of New Delhi, but we actually like being out here. The apartment serves as our main base for Air France-Klm Royal Dutch Airlines in this particular area. It’s not a big airport terminal or a shiny glass tower. It’s just a practical, lived-in space in a residential building. We’ve got our files and our computers, and we spend most of our time dealing with the logistics and the various bits of paperwork that come with the industry. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks a bit too much in the hallway, or the delivery guys get confused by the apartment numbers, but we've lived with it for a long while now. It’s a very human way to work. We don't have a fancy dress code or anything formal like that. Most days it’s just about getting through the mountain of emails and making sure every detail is lined up correctly. We drink a lot of tea and occasionally someone brings in some snacks to share around. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other well. We don't have a big marketing department writing things for us. We’re just regular people working out of an apartment in Dwarka, trying to make sure the flights and the passengers are taken care of from this end.
