Air Deccan

We are the Air Deccan team, and we are located on the first floor at 202, Hari Nagar, right in the Ashram area of New Delhi. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of traffic passing through all the time. Our office is where we handle the smaller details of the airline business. You won't find any planes here, just a lot of people working on computers and talking on phones. We’ve got a simple setup on the first floor where we keep track of bookings and deal with customer queries. It can get a bit loud with the noise from the street coming in through the windows, but we’re used to it. Ashram is a central spot, so it’s easy for people to find us if they need to drop off documents or talk to someone in person. We aren't a huge corporate headquarters with marble floors. It’s just a regular office with some desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the papers start to pile up a bit. Our staff is local and we just focus on getting through the daily list of tasks. Whether it's sorting out a ticket issue or answering a call about flight times, we just do it one thing at a time. It’s a practical place for a practical job, right here in the middle of Delhi’s bustle. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
