Air Deccan (Ground - Csa)

We are based in West Patel Nagar, at Cottage No.21 on the Upper Back Floor. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a quiet enough spot to get our work done for the ground operations. Being part of the CSA team means we are mostly dealing with the logistical side of things. We have a lot of paperwork regarding flights and passenger lists that come through this office. It is not like being at the actual airport terminal, which is much louder. Here, it’s just a few of us in a room with some old computers and a lot of files. The building is an older style house, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a sterile office. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee. Most of the day is spent on the phone or typing stuff into the system. Patel Nagar is a crowded area, so getting here in the morning can be a hassle with the traffic. Once we are inside, though, it’s just about getting the ground work sorted out. We don’t have fancy uniforms on when we are just in the office. It is a very hands-on kind of job. We make sure the details are right so everything runs okay elsewhere. It's a lot of small tasks that add up. We've been in this cottage for a good while and everyone knows where to find us.
