You can find us at R.B. 210 in Sector 6, R.K. Puram. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been part of it for a good while. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at, just a functional space where we handle things for the airline. We spend most of our time dealing with schedules and customer queries. There’s usually a lot of paper moving around and the phones ring quite a bit throughout the day. We have a small team here and we all know each other’s habits by now. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular spot in Delhi where work happens. Sometimes it gets a little messy when things are busy, but we try to keep it organized. The area outside has some good food stalls which is a plus during lunch breaks. We deal with whatever comes our way, whether it’s a booking issue or just someone needing info. Most of the time it’s just the hum of the computers and people talking quietly. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We don’t have a big sign out front, so you have to look for the number. It’s a straightforward place and we like it that way. No frills, just getting the day's work done before heading home in the evening. It’s just a normal office where we try to stay on top of the daily grind without much fuss.
