We set up here in Durga Vihar a while back. It’s a busy spot on Street 13, and there’s always something going on outside our door at house number 272/273. People come in and out all day asking about flights and where they can go next. We mostly handle the desk work and make sure the paperwork is sorted for anyone heading out of Delhi or Haryana. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where we keep the computers running and the phones answered. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. The team here has lived in this part of the city for years, so we know the shortcuts and which chai stall is open early. We don't spend much time on big speeches or decorations. We just focus on the bookings. It’s mostly about making sure names are spelled right and dates are correct on the screen. Being in this neighborhood means we see a lot of the same faces every week. It’s just how things go in this part of New Delhi. We keep our files organized and try to stay ahead of the schedule as much as we can. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down over Durga Vihar. We like being right here where the action is. It is just a normal office doing normal work for people around here.
