Our office is at F 8 in the Triveni Community Center, over in Sheikh Sarai Phase I. It’s a handy location since a lot of people pass through the center anyway. Air Affaire Travel & Tour Pvt Ltd has been based here for some time now. We handle a lot of air travel stuff, as the name suggests, but we also deal with general tours and local transport. The office is usually a bit cluttered with brochures and old ticket stubs, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time staring at flight schedules and trying to find connections that actually make sense. It’s a lot of puzzle-solving, really. We don't have any big corporate mission; we just want to make sure people get where they're going without losing their luggage or their minds. People from the Sheikh Sarai area often drop in while they’re out doing their other errands. We like the community feel of being in the center. It’s not always easy work, especially when the airlines change their rules every other week, but we keep up with it. We just focus on the practical side of travel—getting the dates right and making sure the names are spelled correctly on the boarding passes. It’s what we do, and we’re fine with that. We just take it day by day and try to keep the paperwork in order for everyone.
