We are based at F-1/15 in Sector-11, Rohini. It is a decent, mostly residential part of Delhi that stays a bit quieter than the city center. Our work here focuses on the training and academy side of things for aviation and hospitality. The building has a few classrooms and a small area for the staff to work in. Students come and go all day, which keeps the energy high around the office. We have been in this 110085 area for several years now. It is not a huge, fancy academy with glass walls. We just have simple whiteboards, chairs, and the materials we need to teach. The staff here is small and we all know each other’s names. We often sit together in the main room during lunch breaks to catch up. It is a very practical environment. We spend our time showing people how to handle the real-world tasks they will face in hotels or on airplanes. It isn't about complicated theories; it is about learning the actual job. Rohini is a good location for us because it is easy for people to reach from different parts of North Delhi. There are plenty of tea stalls and small food shops nearby where the students hang out between classes. We spend most of our time scheduling lessons and talking to young people about getting started in the industry. It is straightforward, honest work without any unnecessary fluff or big corporate promises.
