Agis Bpo

Agis Bpo is based out of a village called Nahchani in the Agra district of U.P. Specifically, we are at the house of Smt. Prakashi Devi. It’s a very different setting compared to the big city offices in Delhi or Noida. Out here in 283119, things move a bit slower. We set up our operations right in the village to be closer to where people actually live. It’s a simple building. We don't have marble floors or glass walls. We just have our computers and our headsets. The view outside is of the village roads and the local fields. Sometimes the cows wander past the window while we’re on calls. It gets very hot in the summer months, and the dust is something we just have to deal with every day. We aren't a big corporate entity with hundreds of rules. We’re just a local business giving people work in their own community. Most of us grew up around here, so we all know each other. We don't use any fancy business language. We just do the work for the clients and try to do it well. It’s a humble place, but it gets the job done. We take our breaks outside under the shade of the trees. It’s a peaceful way to work, even if it’s busy. We are just local people doing our best with what we have here.
