Agile Travels Pvt Ltd. is located at B-57/6 in the Paryavaran Complex, which is tucked away near the Sai Dula Jab area on Ignou Road. It’s a bit of a maze back here, and you really have to know the turns to find us. Pankaj Kumar is usually around, as we share the space there. We deal with travel bookings and all the paperwork that goes along with it. The office is usually piled high with brochures and printouts from various airlines and hotels. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The phones ring quite a bit, and there is usually someone complaining about the traffic on Ignou Road when they finally arrive. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking for the best routes and trying to make sense of the schedules. It is a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to making the tea. The area around here is quite dusty because of all the construction, so we are always wiping down the desks. It’s a very honest way to earn a living, helping people figure out how to get from one place to another. We don’t have any big marketing slogans or anything. We just sit here in the complex and try to get the tickets booked before the prices change again.
