Aggrwal Communication

Our shop, Aggrwal Communication, is located in Surya Nagar at Shop No 11 in the B Block Market. If you walk through the market, you’ll see our sign among the others. It is a neighborhood shop where we do a bit of everything related to phones. We sell those prepaid cards, do quick repairs, and have a bunch of phone cases that people like to browse. The B Block Market is a nice place to be because everyone knows each other. We spend our days chatting with customers who have been coming to us for years. It’s not a high-tech lab; it’s just a counter with some tools and a computer. We get a lot of kids coming in for cheap earphones and older folks needing help with their new smartphones. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. The shop is small, so we have to keep everything organized, though sometimes boxes pile up in the corner. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the first customer. It’s a simple way to earn a living in Surya Nagar. We like the pace here. Some days are slow, giving us time to drink tea, and other days we don't even have time to sit down. We are just a regular part of the local market and we enjoy it.
