You can find us at H. No. 14/12 on the second floor in Joga Bai Extension. We are right on Nafees Road, which is a very busy part of Batla House in Okhla. Aggarwal Associates has been operating from this spot for quite some time now. The building is a bit old and the stairs are narrow and steep, so you have to be careful when you come up. Our office consists of two small rooms filled with metal filing cabinets and wooden desks. We don't have an air conditioner, just two big ceiling fans that hum all day long. Okhla is always buzzing with activity, and Nafees Road is no different. There is a lot of noise from the shops downstairs and the traffic outside. We handle local documentation, property matters, and general consulting for people in the neighborhood. It is a family-run thing, mostly just me and my brother. We don't have a fancy website or social media pages. Most of our clients are people who live nearby or were referred by someone we helped years ago. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking through things with anyone who walks in. The walls are painted a simple cream color and are covered with some old charts. It’s a very basic setup, but it’s enough for what we do. We try to be honest and straightforward with everyone. It’s not a corporate firm, just a local office doing its bit.
