We are based in Madan Gir, specifically at H II. If you know this part of New Delhi, you know it’s a crowded and lively place to be. Agc has been running out of this location for a good amount of time. It’s not a large office, just a simple space where we can get our daily tasks finished. The street is always full of movement, with rickshaws and people heading to the market. We have a small desk setup and some storage for our papers and equipment. It’s the kind of place where the neighbors all know each other, so we often chat with the shopkeepers next door while we're grabbing tea. The building itself is pretty old, but it’s sturdy and keeps us dry when the monsoons hit. We don’t spend money on expensive furniture or decorations because that’s not what we’re about. We just need a place to work and coordinate our business. Most days are spent talking to clients or organizing our files. It gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but we just sweep it out and keep going. We like being in Madan Gir because it feels central to where our workers live. It’s a straightforward operation with no frills. We show up, do our jobs, and go home, just like everyone else in this neighborhood. There is usually someone here from nine until six every single day.
