Agarwal Telecom

Agarwal Telecom is situated in Rohini Sector 5, at B 9/121. It is a local neighborhood shop, nothing too fancy. We have a glass front that is usually covered in a few posters for the latest mobile plans. Inside, it is mostly just a counter and some stools for people to sit on while we work. We handle all the common mobile problems. People come in when their battery will not charge or if they need a new SIM card. Sector 5 is a decent area, and we have made a lot of friends among the residents over the years. We are not a big corporation with polished floors; our floor is just plain tiles and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. But that does not affect how we work. We take the phones apart, find the issue, and put them back together. We also keep a stock of different covers and screen protectors because everyone seems to be dropping their phones these days. If you live around B 9/121, you have probably walked past us many times. We do not use any fancy sales talk. We just tell you what the problem is and what it will cost. It is a simple way to run a business. We like the routine of it, starting the day early and seeing who comes through the door.
