Agancy As Coustmer Care is based in M.C Colony in Sirsa, Haryana. This is a quiet area and our office is just a regular building like the ones around it. We have a few chairs for people to sit in when they come by to ask questions or get help with something. There is a main desk where we keep the computer and some registers for writing things down. The walls are a bit bare, maybe just a clock and a few notices pinned up here and there. It is not a big corporate office, just a local spot where we handle customer care tasks. We spend a lot of our time listening to people and trying to figure out how to fix their problems. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just life in Sirsa. The street outside M.C Colony is mostly residential, so it doesn't get too noisy except for the occasional scooter or dog barking. We have a small fan that keeps the air moving during the hotter months. It is a simple place to work, and we know many of the people who live nearby. We don't use any fancy systems, just the basic tools we need to stay organized. Most days are pretty similar, with people walking in and out and the phone ringing every so often. We just try to keep up with the work and help whoever needs it.
