We are right in the heart of Pahar Ganj on Krishna Street. Our building is number 141. If you know the area, you know it’s right opposite the New Delhi Railway Station. It is always loud and crowded here, with people coming and going from the trains at all hours. We’ve been in this spot for years, and we’ve seen the street change so many times. Being near the station is really important for the kind of work we do at AFL because things are always moving. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, honestly. It’s got that Pahar Ganj character—a bit dusty, very busy, and always full of packages and papers. We don’t have a lot of space, so we have to be very organized with how we stack things. The staff here is used to the chaos of the street outside. We handle a lot of logistics and freight stuff, and there’s always a truck or a cart trying to navigate the narrow lanes to get to us. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s an essential one. We work long hours to make sure nothing gets stuck in transit. People walk in off the street all the time asking for directions to the station, and we just point them across the road. It’s just a normal day for us in one of the busiest parts of the city.
