You can find us over at 57-B in the Sfs Flats in Mayur Vihar Phase-3. It’s a residential area, so our office feels more like a home than anything else. We’ve been running things from here for a while, mostly helping people figure out their travel plans. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and computers, but it works for what we need. Delhi-96 is a nice enough part of town, though it can be a trek for some people to reach us. Most of our clients just call us anyway. We aren't some big travel agency with a storefront in a mall. We are just a small group of people working out of a flat. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside or someone is cooking something that smells good, and that’s just our daily environment. We don't have any fancy brochures or big screens on the walls. It’s just us and our phones. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a trip isn't going to work out, we just say so. We don't use any scripts when we talk to people. It’s just a normal conversation. The office is a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We like being tucked away in this pocket of Mayur Vihar because it keeps things low-key and manageable for us. It is just a regular job for us and we do it the best we can every day.
