We are based in New Delhi, though we don't have a big storefront for people to walk into. Most of our work happens over the phone and through the internet. We spend our days in a room filled with screens, looking at flights and hotels and all that stuff. It gets quite loud in here when everyone is talking at once. We are constantly checking the time in the UK to make sure we are calling people at the right hour. The office is pretty simple, with a few desks and a lot of power strips. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to keep things from feeling too quiet. Some of us have been working together for years, so we know how each other takes their tea. It’s a busy atmosphere but it’s not stressful. We just keep our heads down and do the work. Since we are in the middle of New Delhi, the heat can be a bit much in the summer, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We don't really do much in the way of fancy meetings. We just talk across the desks. Sometimes we go out together for lunch at a local stall nearby. It’s a very basic operation, just a group of people in an office in the city trying to get everything sorted for the people who call us up.
