Afcons

Our office is located at C4E 11 138 in Janakpuri, New Delhi. It is a pretty standard building in a residential and commercial mix of an area. Afcons has been operating from this spot for quite a long time, and the office definitely shows its age a bit. We have desks that are piled high with blueprints and technical documents. It’s not the kind of place that would win any design awards, but it works for us. We are a small team and most of us have been working together for years, so we know each other’s moods and how we like our tea. The atmosphere is very quiet compared to the street outside. Janakpuri can be quite busy, but once you step inside, it is mostly just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We handle a lot of the technical coordination and administrative tasks for our projects here. It involves a lot of sitting and checking details, which isn't very exciting but it has to be done. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate values written on the walls. We just focus on showing up and doing a good day’s work. Sometimes we all go out for a quick lunch at one of the local stalls nearby. We aren't a high-pressure office; we just take things as they come and try to stay organized in our own way. It’s a simple, functional space for people who just want to get the job done.
