Aerosvit Ukrainian Airlines

We are located at 796 in Pocket 5 of Delhi. It is a small office where we handle the local side of things for the airline. It is not the kind of place you see at the airport with all the shiny signs. We just have a functional room where we manage the documents and look after the flight bookings that come through our system. Most of us have worked at this same desk for a long time, so we have a bit of a routine going. The office gets a little bit dusty because of all the traffic in Delhi, but we try to keep things tidy enough to work. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or checking the monitors for flight updates. There is no corporate art on the walls, just a few maps of the routes and some calendars to keep track of the dates. We drink a lot of coffee to stay alert, especially when we are dealing with different time zones. People usually come to see us here when they have specific problems with their travel that they cannot fix online. We are just a small crew of people working in a busy corner of the city. The noise from the street can be a bit much sometimes, but we just get on with the spreadsheets. It is a steady job and we have gotten used to how things work from this little corner of the world.
