Our office is at 886/2 on East Park Road in Karol Bagh. Karol Bagh is one of those places in Delhi that never seems to sleep. There are shops and people everywhere you look. Our space is just a small office where we handle travel bookings. We've got a couple of computers that have seen better days and some old chairs for when people come in to talk about their trips. We do a lot of train and flight bookings. Most of the work is just navigating through the booking portals and trying to get a confirmed seat for someone. It’s a lot of waiting for pages to load. We also help with some passport stuff when people get confused by the long forms. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phone and writing down details in our ledgers. The tea guy from the corner comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break. It’s a bit messy with papers and files everywhere, but we know where everything is. We’ve been on East Park Road for quite some time now. We don't promise anything crazy, we just try to get the tickets printed and into the hands of the customers. It’s a basic, local business and we like it that way because it keeps us busy.
