Aeroflot Russian Airlines

We are located in Mahavir Enclave in Palam, specifically on Pipal Wali Gali. It is a narrow little street and you really have to look for the Rz-A sign to find us. Being so close to the airport means we hear planes taking off all day long. It is a constant background hum. Our office is small and filled with papers, some in English and some in Russian. We help people with their tickets and explain the rules for flying. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when more than two people come in at the same time. We have a couple of old computers that sometimes take forever to load. The street outside is always busy with people and cows and rickshaws. It is a very local vibe. We drink a lot of chai from the guy who walks past with the kettle. Sometimes we have to stay late to coordinate with the flights coming in at night. It is not a glamorous international office, just a practical room in New Delhi 110 045. We deal with passport copies and visa forms and all that boring stuff. We have been here for a while and the locals know us as the airline people on the lane. We just try to get the jobs done and help the travelers.
