Aeroflot Russian Airlines

You can find us at K-66 in Hauz Khas. This is where the Aeroflot Russian Airlines office is based in New Delhi-16. It’s a nice enough area with plenty of history around us, though we spend most of our time inside looking at screens. We handle a lot of the back-end things for the airline from this office. It’s not like being at the airport terminal where everything is moving all the time. Here, it’s mostly just desks, phones, and a lot of paperwork. We’ve been at this Hauz Khas address for quite a long time now. The building is a bit old but it serves our needs just fine. We don't really have a big sign out front, so people sometimes walk right past us. We deal with ticketing and other administrative stuff throughout the day. It’s just a group of us working in a fairly small space. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet and other times everyone is talking at once. We don't have a lot of visitors these days since most people do their travel booking online now. We just keep things ticking along from here in South Delhi. It’s a very normal office environment without any of the fancy stuff you might expect from a big airline. We just focus on the tasks we have to finish before the day ends. It’s a simple way of working but it works for us and keeps everyone on track.
