Aeroflot Russian Airlines At Igi

We are located over at House Number 81 in the Panchvati area of Palam. Most people know this part of Delhi Cantt because it's right near the airport. It makes sense for us to be here since we deal with Aeroflot flights at IGI. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get the work done. You have to navigate some of the narrower streets in Palam to find us, but once you’re here, it’s quiet enough. There are usually a few of us sitting around desks handling the paperwork for the Russian airline. It gets busy when there are flight delays or when the schedules change suddenly. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The building is just a standard residential-looking structure that we’ve turned into our workspace. Sometimes the noise from the planes is a bit much, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and staring at the computer screens. It’s a lot of data entry and checking passport details. People sometimes get lost trying to find the specific house number in Panchvati, so we usually tell them to look for the local landmarks near the Cantt boundary. It’s just how things are run around here, keeping it simple and making sure the flight details are correct before the planes take off.
