Aegon Religare Life Insurance

We work out of a villa in Sector 49, specifically number 4513 in Klindi Hills. It’s on Pali Road in Faridabad. It’s quite a nice change from being in a high-rise building. Since it’s a villa, it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We handle life insurance stuff here for Aegon Religare Life Insurance. People from the surrounding sectors often come by to talk about their policies or ask questions about their paperwork. It’s a bit of a drive for some, but the area is peaceful with the hills nearby. We have our desks set up in the main rooms. It’s usually just a few of us here. We spend our time going through documents and calling people to remind them about their renewals. It’s not a fast-paced environment, but we stay busy with the local clients. Sometimes we sit in the small garden area for a break. It gets hot in Faridabad, so we keep the fans going all day. The office isn't overly formal. We prefer it this way because it makes people feel more comfortable when they come to discuss something as serious as insurance. We’ve been in this sector for a while now. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We just focus on getting the records right and making sure everyone’s files are in order without any fuss. It’s a lot of data entry and phone calls but we get through it eventually and head home.
