Aegis Bpo

We've been over here at Netaji Nagar for a while now. It's a busy spot in New Delhi. Aegis Bpo is basically just a group of people working on phones and computers all day. We deal with various calls and data stuff. The office is at E/1720. It's not a fancy glass building or anything, just a regular workplace where we get things done. Some of us have been here since the start. We mostly handle customer inquiries and back-office tasks that other companies need help with. It gets pretty loud in here when everyone is on the phone at once. The commute can be a bit of a pain with Delhi traffic, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing the work that comes in every morning. If you walk past Netaji Nagar, you might see us coming and going during shift changes. We take our breaks at the local stalls nearby. The tea there is actually pretty good. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and headsets. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria or fancy lounges. We just sit down, log in, and handle whatever the day throws at us. Sometimes the systems are slow, which is frustrating, but that’s just how it goes. We try to keep things organized enough so nobody gets too stressed out. It's just a job at the end of the day, and we do our part. We've got about fifteen people in this unit right now.
