You can find us at A-145 on Lane-3, right near the Sardar Hostel in Sakarpur. It is a busy part of Delhi with a lot of students living around here. Our office is a BPO, which means there are always people on headsets talking to customers. It’s a bit of a noisy environment with all the chatter going on at the same time. We have rows of desks and computers that take up most of the room. The building is older, and Lane-3 can be a bit narrow for cars to pass through. Most of us eat at the small stalls near the hostel during our breaks. The work is mostly shift-based, so someone is always coming or going at odd hours. It’s a lot of sitting down and listening to people on the other end of the line. We don't have any fancy decorations, just some basic stuff to keep the place functional. Sakarpur is a lively area, and being near the hostel means there is always energy on the street. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. It’s a practical location for a business like ours. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that’s just part of working in this neighborhood. We just do our jobs and try to handle the calls as they come in. It's a regular day-to-day grind for the team.
