Aegis Bpo

We are located in New Delhi, right in the 11001 area. It is a busy spot to be in. Working at Aegis Bpo means there is always noise in the background, mostly the sound of people talking on headsets and the hum of the computers. We aren't one of those places with a fancy garden or a gym. It is just a floor full of desks and chairs where we handle calls all day and night. The shifts can be long and sometimes we lose track of whether it is light or dark outside. We drink a lot of tea and coffee to keep going. The office doesn't have much in the way of style, just plain walls and some old posters. We focus on answering the questions that come in and trying to fix the problems people have. It gets pretty hectic when there is a big queue of calls, and everyone has to put their head down and just work. We don't have any big corporate speeches here. It is just people trying to do their jobs and earn a living. Sometimes the air conditioning breaks and we all complain, but we keep working anyway. It is just a standard Bpo life in the heart of Delhi. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. It's just a place where work happens every single day.
