Our office is located at G-9 in West Patel Nagar. It’s a pretty central part of Delhi, and it’s very easy to reach if you’re using the metro. The building is a standard commercial block, and we are on one of the main floors. It’s a BPO, so as you can imagine, there are rows of desks with computers and headsets everywhere. It can get quite loud when everyone is on a call at the same time. The lighting is bright and industrial, which is necessary when you're staring at screens all day. We have a small area where people can sit and have their tea or coffee during breaks. The neighborhood has a lot of places to eat, so lunch is never a problem for the staff. We’ve got people working different shifts, so the office is rarely empty. It’s a very functional space. We don't have any decorations on the walls, just some clocks showing different times. The chairs are ergonomic because we spend so much time sitting in them. Outside, West Patel Nagar is always buzzing with shoppers and traffic. We’ve been at this G-9 location for a while now. It’s not a fancy office by any means, but it has everything we need to keep things running. Most of the staff are young and they bring a lot of energy to the place, even during the late-night shifts when the rest of the city is asleep.
