Our office is located in Kunwar Singh Nagar, over in the Nangloi area of New Delhi. It's a very busy part of the city, and the streets are always crowded. We handle a lot of calls and data work here. It's a BPO, so you can imagine the noise levels when everyone is on the phone at the same time. The address is House No. D-1, 57. It’s not a fancy glass building like the ones you see in Gurgaon or Noida. It’s just a regular house that we’ve turned into a workspace over time. We have a lot of young people working here, mostly from the nearby blocks. They work in different shifts, so there’s usually someone around even late at night or early in the morning. We try to keep things organized, but with so many people coming and going, the desks get a bit messy with papers and coffee cups. Quick snacks from the local shops outside are what keep everyone going through the long shifts. We deal with all sorts of customer queries. Some people are quite frustrated when they call us, and our staff has to listen and try to help. It’s hard work and it’s not always easy to stay patient, but it’s a job. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have a list of targets to get through before the end of the day. That’s just the reality of working in Nangloi. We keep our heads down.
