Aegis Bpo Services operates out of B 113 in Mansarover Garden, New Delhi. This part of Delhi is quite well-known and busy. We are right here in the heart of India, dealing with the daily grind of BPO work. The office is located in a standard building in the garden area. It is not flashy, just a place with plenty of desks and headsets. You can hear the constant murmur of people talking on the phones all day long. Mansarover Garden has its own vibe, with a mix of homes and small businesses all around us. We do not have a corporate cafeteria or anything fancy; most of us just grab lunch from the local spots nearby. The work is steady and keeps us on our toes. We handle all sorts of calls and data, depending on what the day brings. It can get pretty tiring sitting in the same spot for hours, but that is just the nature of the job. We do not use any of those big mission statements you see in brochures. We are just a group of people working together in B 113. New Delhi is a fast-paced city, and we try our best to keep up with it. Sometimes the air is dusty and the streets are loud, but we just close the door and get back to work. It is a regular life for us here in the city, doing our best to get through the queue.
