Aegis Bpo Services Ltd

Our office is located in Sahibabad, over at B-228/A in Lajpat Nagar. It is not the most exciting part of Ghaziabad, but it is where we work every day. We deal with BPO services, which mostly means we are on the phones or computers for most of our shifts. The building is pretty standard for this area, and we have been here for a while now. Dealing with customer calls and data is what keeps the lights on. It’s a lot of sitting and talking, really. Some of us have been here since the start, while others are newer faces just trying to get some experience in the service industry. The traffic around the 201005 area can be a real headache in the mornings, so most of us show up a bit tired from the commute. We just do the job that’s in front of us. It’s not corporate or anything, just a place where people come to earn a living. We have desks, computers, and headsets, and that is about it. We don’t really do big meetings or fancy presentations. We just focus on the tasks we get and try to finish them before the shift ends. It gets noisy when everyone is talking at once, but you get used to it after a week or two. That’s just how it is at a place like this in UP.
