We are tucked away over here in Lado Sarai, right near Kudi Chowk. Our setup is in F-91, and it’s a busy little area with plenty of people moving around all day. Sanjeev Kumar runs things here, and it feels more like a small community than a big company office. We handle a lot of calls and data work, so there's usually a hum of voices in the background. It gets pretty lively during the shifts. The building is easy to find if you know where the chowk is. We don't really do anything flashy. There are rows of computers and people with headsets on most of the time. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just wait for the backup to kick in. That’s just life in Delhi. We eat our lunch together sometimes when it's not too crazy. Lado Sarai has its own charm, even if the lanes are narrow and parking is a total nightmare. We've been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. It’s a practical space, meant for getting through the tasks we have for the day. Nothing more, nothing less. We don't have a reception desk with flowers or anything like that. Just a door and some hardworking people inside trying to get the job done right. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in, but we make it work somehow. We are just a regular crew.
