This office is situated at B-178 in Jeewan Nagar which is right across from Maharani Bagh in New Delhi. It is a very crowded and noisy part of the city but that is just how Delhi is. At Aegis Bpo we are usually busy with phones ringing and people typing away at their stations. Working in a BPO means the clock never really stops and there is always someone on duty. The building isn't very new and the stairs can be a bit of a climb but we have everything we need to get the work done. Traffic outside on the main road near Maharani Bagh is almost always a mess so getting to work on time can be a struggle for most of us. We deal with a lot of customer queries and back-end tasks for various companies. It is a high-pressure environment sometimes but we have a good group of people here who just get on with it. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls or anything like that. It is just a place where people come to earn a living and keep the services running. The desks are close together and it gets pretty loud when everyone is talking at once. We are just a local branch doing our part in the big outsourcing industry that Delhi is known for. It is practical and straightforward work without any extra fluff for Aegis Bpo Services Limited.
