You can find us over at L 45 A in the Janta Flats in Saket. It is a pretty well-known spot in New Delhi, and being here in the flats means we are right in the middle of where people live and work. We have been operating out of this space for some time now. It is a BPO, so there are always phones ringing and people talking. It can get quite noisy during the peak hours, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. The office itself is pretty basic. We have rows of desks and some old computers that sometimes take a bit of time to start up. Saket is a nice area, though parking can be a real headache if you do not get here early. We usually just grab some food from the local vendors nearby for lunch. It is not like those big glass buildings you see in Gurgaon. It is a practical space where we just get the job done. We have a small crew and everyone pretty much knows each other. Sometimes we stay late to finish up calls, and the evening air in the flats is usually a bit cooler. We do not do anything too complicated, just answering queries and helping people out on the phone. It is honest work and we are just regular folks trying to make things work in the city.
