Advions Infra & Basic Amenities Ltd

Our office is at Wz-1, Varinder Nagar, right on Lane No-10. Advions Infra & Basic Amenities Ltd is the name, and we are based on the first floor. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when carrying boxes up. It’s a lively neighborhood in New Delhi. We have some regular shops around us, and it feels like a real community. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of blueprints or documents lying around. We don't really have a receptionist or anything. You just walk in and find someone at their desk. The space is a bit tight because we have so many files from all the projects we've done over the years. We spend a lot of time discussing plans and looking at maps. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. We don't bother with much fancy stuff. Just the things we need to work on infrastructure and basic needs. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up some paperwork. The lighting in the hallway is a bit dim, but we know our way around. It’s an honest place where people work hard. We don't talk about big goals or anything. We just focus on the task right in front of us. It’s been our home for quite a while, and we’ve gotten used to the noise from the street. We keep pushing through the daily grind.
