Adventity Bpo

Our office, Adventity Bpo, is tucked away in Khichri Pur. If you know the 5/298 area, you know it's a bit of a maze to find us the first time. We’ve got a bunch of computers set up and people wearing headsets all day and night. It’s a BPO, so the work never really stops. We deal with data, calls, and all those back-office tasks that businesses need done. The air conditioning is usually running full blast because of all the machines humming. Sometimes it gets a bit too cold in here. We eat our lunch in shifts. There’s a small tea stall nearby that makes good snacks, so someone is always running out to grab something. It’s a lot of sitting and typing. We’ve had the same people working here for a few years now, so we all know each other's habits. The desks are a bit cramped, but we make it work. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in New Delhi. We aren't trying to be some giant company with a gym and a cafeteria. We just focus on the work on the screens. It’s a simple setup for a lot of hard work. We stay busy and try to keep the errors down. That’s about it for us here in Khichri Pur. The street outside gets muddy when it rains, so we all have to wipe our feet at the door.
