Advance India Projects Limited

We are located in Gangotri Enclave, specifically at B-37B. It’s tucked away in the Alaknanda area of New Delhi-19. Advance India Projects Limited is the name on the door, though we usually just think of it as our workspace. We handle various projects from this office. It’s not a huge skyscraper or anything, just a regular place where we sit down and look at plans. Alaknanda is a good part of the city to be in, even if the traffic gets a bit much in the evenings. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time now. Some days are quieter than others, but there is always a lot of paperwork to get through. We aren't really the type to use big words or fancy talk about what we do. We just look at what needs finishing and try to get it done. The team here is small enough that everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have a fancy reception area with a water feature. It’s more about the files and the phone calls. Sometimes we are out on sites and other times we are stuck here at the desk. That’s just how the project business works in India. We like the local feel of the enclave. It makes the work day feel a bit more grounded. We’ve stayed here because it works for us and we know the streets around here well. It is just a normal office where we do our daily work.
