Our office is located at House No. 11 inside Vithal Bhai Patel House on Rafi Marg. It’s a pretty central location in New Delhi, quite close to some of the main government buildings. We’ve been here for a good while, focusing on travel and tours across the country. The building itself has a bit of history to it, and we like being in such a well-known area. We don’t have a flashy storefront with neon signs. It’s more of a traditional office where we sit and plan out trips for our clients. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels and transport providers to make sure everything is lined up. It’s busy work, and sometimes the office feels a bit small when we are all in at the same time. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just regular computers and a lot of notebooks. Rafi Marg is a busy street, but once you’re inside House No. 11, it’s a bit quieter. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a bunch of people who know a lot about traveling in India. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the latest routes or changes in the industry. That’s about all there is to us and how we run this little travel operation on a daily basis.
