Admiral Plaza Hotel-Dubai

Our office is located in the MIG Flats at Mayapuri, New Delhi, specifically at C-5/D. It might seem strange to have a Dubai hotel office tucked away in a residential flat area in Delhi, but it works for us. The space is small and cozy, filled with files and computers. We spend our days talking to people who want to travel or who have questions about their stay. Since we are representing Admiral Plaza Hotel, we have a lot of photos of Dubai on the walls to remind us of where the actual hotel is. Outside, Mayapuri is its usual busy self, with lots of industrial activity and people moving about. We are a small team here. We handle the bookings and the customer queries that come through the phone or email. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to step outside for a bit of air. It is a very grounded way to work. We do not have a lobby or a fancy entrance, just a door in a block of flats. We know our regulars and we know the delivery guys who bring our lunch. It is a bit of a bridge between the busy streets of Delhi and the life over in Dubai. We just keep our heads down, answer the calls, and make sure everyone gets the information they need without any drama. It is a practical setup for an international connection.
