Active Teleservices

We are located at 72 Sant Nagar, right in the Kailash Hill area. Active Teleservices isn't a shop you would just walk into from the street easily. We are tucked away a bit. The building is an older one and we are on one of the floors with a narrow staircase leading up. It is mostly desks, chairs, and a lot of phone lines running across the floor. We have been operating from this Sant Nagar spot for several years now. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at the same time. The windows don't open very well, so we rely on the old air conditioner which makes a lot of noise. We spend most of our day on the phones or looking at computer screens. It’s not the most exciting work, but it is steady. The neighborhood is okay, though parking is always a nightmare around Kailash Hill. Sometimes we go downstairs to the small tea stall at the corner to take a break from the screens. We don't have any fancy signs or big logos on the walls. It’s just a plain office where we do our jobs and try to keep things organized. Most of our contact with people is over the phone rather than face-to-face. It’s a functional space without any extra frills or decorations. The water cooler leaks sometimes, but we just put a rag under it to keep the floor dry.
